Whale Watching - original quilled artwork

Paper strips are coiled and shaped into a gray whale surfacing from the Pacific Ocean under a setting sun. Designed to look like a travel poster for Oregon's premier whale watching location, the word "visit" is hidden in the cloud above a sign for "Depoe Bay". A paper cut compass rose with the silhouette of Oregon and the letters "N" and "W" adorn the bottom left corner.
